Criminal charges described on this website are allegations. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
BabyGeletta.org identifies the source of material whenever practical and distinguishes filed court records from attributed allegations, statements reported by family members, and the site's own explanatory material. Pending cases can change as additional filings, hearings, orders, or dispositions occur.
Family fundraising
Fundraising promoted through BabyGeletta.org is intended to directly support Baby Geletta, his sibling, and their mother's efforts to stabilize the family and work toward reunification.
Family fundraising is separate from operation of this website and is not intended to fund RG Herd Aid or BabyGeletta.org.
Contributions are direct family support and are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Additional information about use of funds and any future long-term trust arrangement is published on the Transparency page.
